Biography

Rebecca J. Jones is co-founder of the Inclusive Leadership Company. She is also a Professor of Coaching & Behaviour Change at Henley Business School, UK. She is a chartered psychologist and is committed to utilising the science of behaviour change to create inclusive workplaces, conducting robust and rigorous research into a variety of inclusion and behaviour change topics.

Priscila Pereira is co-founder of the Inclusive Leadership Company. She is also an EDI Research Director for an award-winning gender consulting firm and has a PhD in Gender Studies. She has significant in-house practitioner experience in the field of Inclusion and Diversity and Leadership Development across Europe in a variety of projects within global corporate settings, matrix and multidisciplinary teams.
